When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, including pages visited and time spent on each page, the referring website or search terms that led you here, your general geographic location (city or region level, not precise address), browser and device type, and the date and time of your visit.

What We Do Not Do With Your Information
Parker Visual LLC does not sell your personal information to any third party, rent or lease your contact information to marketers, share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, use your information to build advertising profiles, or send unsolicited commercial emails beyond those directly related to your inquiry or booking.
Third-Party Service Providers
In the course of providing our services, we work with a small number of trusted third-party providers that may process your personal information on our behalf.
Square (Payment Processing) — Payment information entered during checkout is processed directly by Square and is not stored by Parker Visual LLC. We do not have access to your full payment card details. Square’s privacy policy is available at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
Online Gallery Platform — Clients receive access to a private online gallery for image delivery. The gallery platform may collect basic usage data such as login activity and download history per its own privacy policy. We select gallery providers based on their data security standards.
Email and Communication Tools — We use standard email tools to communicate with clients. Client email addresses are not shared with third parties through these tools.
Website Analytics — We may use a website analytics tool to collect aggregate traffic data as described above. Where possible, we configure analytics tools to anonymize data and disable advertising features.
We require that all third-party service providers maintain appropriate data protection standards and use your information only as directed by us.
AI and Image Processing
Parker Visual LLC uses AI-assisted tools as part of its standard editing and retouching workflow to enhance the quality of delivered images. All subjects in delivered images are real people photographed during the confirmed session. AI is not used to alter or generate subjects or produce synthetic portraits.
Parker Visual LLC does not use your images, your personal information, or the likenesses of any subjects in your session to train, develop, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. Where third-party platforms offer settings to exclude user content from AI training programs, we configure those settings to exclude client content to the extent permitted by the platform.

Data Security
Parker Visual LLC takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. These measures include the use of secure encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, limiting access to personal information to only those who need it to fulfill your booking, and selecting third-party providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.
No method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we take your privacy seriously and work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Inquiry and booking communications are retained for a reasonable period following the session for record-keeping purposes. Invoicing and payment records are retained as required for business and tax purposes. If you have not booked a session and do not respond to follow-up communications, your inquiry information is not retained indefinitely.
